 Mood:

I am in one of my cat moods. I feel like lazing about & then I get a playful whim & decide to make cookies & more. 

 Life: 

Ok, ya the world is coming to an end. its 49 out in MN late in Dec. Its raining out! I know that the world is coming to an end now.
I did nothing but read & read some more then drank coffee, made dinner & a batch of cookies & then off to more reading. A day I wish I could have more often then I do. My house if clean, my fridge is cleaned out & everyone is fed & happy.

Cooking: 

I made left over while cleaning out my fridge. I do this once a week so I don't havesome moldy thing calling me mom at the end of the month or when the seasonal cleaning come around. (Shivers)

I made:
Hawaiian pork with four cheese ravioli

• 6-8 2oz pork chops diced
• 1/3c orange juice 
• a hand full of cherry tomato cut in half 
• 2TB olive oil
• 1/4c red onoin
• 2c three cheese tortellini (mine was made about 3 days ago)

In a large saucepan heat the olive oil. Saute the onion till just brown around the edges. Add the diced pork with the orange juice. Saute till the orange juice is reduced in half & add the tomatoes. Simmer on med low till the tomato melt. Then toss in the tortellini till coated & warm.
