I had a quite, sleepy day other wise. I worked out, lost 1.7lb. I have been using the WII fit & boy I don't know how but I tweaked my neck & now my left side from my neck to the bottom of my shoulder blade feels like someone is running a blade down them. Its getting better, but it still hurts even after he heating pad & ice. I think if it still hurts tomorrow I will have to take an Epsom salt bath for a couple of hours, maybe that will cure it.

Comparison:
As I was making my breakfast this morning, I was thinking how simple, healthy, delicious, and CHEAP this breakfast is. Why don’t more people eat this for breakfast??
I know eating the same thing every morning can really bum us out. That’s why (in our home) we eat breakfasts like these Monday through Saturday and indulge ourselves with a nice cooked breakfast home homemade pancakes, scrambled eggs, and/or homemade sausage on Sundays.
