Study, study, study. Homework day! I read the required material & did half the chapter quiz. I forgot how hard it is to get myself motivated to do homework. I kept coming up with other stuff to do other then my home work. I seriously had flash backs to high school. LOL! I did get most of my homework done though, all I need to do is write out a rough draft for my writing class & then I am done. I have to find a place to observe for an hour. I was think Ikea or a food court at the mall. (Pondering the people watching ops ah.....) It has to be a place that I can go back to. Hummmmmm....... I will ponder that one for a while & let you know what I come up with.I am looking forward to the assignment.

My shoulder is still tweaked. I am trying to ignore it & hope it goes away. The pain has gone down so heres hopping that the strategy is working. If not I might have to find a chiropractor to get adjusted. I don't know about you (& this might be because I grew up with a non-touchy, feelly family) but I hate when someone I  don't know gets that handsy with me (& most I do know that well, wink). Please I am not Gumby, I know I was a gymnast but I do not fold into a pretzel (much) anymore & no, my knee is not suppose to go behind my ear. Besides are we really suppose to hear all the cracking & the snapping of the joints? Really? Grabbing my head & twisting it like that is suppose to put my spine back where its suppose to be? Are you kidding me?! Have you ever notice the gleam they get when you tell them you use to be a gymnast? Its like they are calculating how much they can bend you in their head even before they touch you. Freaky! Ok, so I have had some questionable chiropractors, (one asked me out on a date, shiver, he had my knee to my chest while I was laying down & he was pressing down. I said no once he let me up) but I keep going back to them because they make it so I can walk up stairs without my knee giving out on me. Sigh. Please pain go away & don't come back another day.

One of my many way of getting away from my homework: Veggi fried brown rice. I have such an addiction to it.

Ingredients

3 md eggs
1 med. Red Onion diced
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
4 cups Cooked  brown rice
4 oz. mixed peas and carrots (I also slice up celery thinly & put it in)
Soy Sauce to taste

1/2 tps Honey

Preparation

Lightly beat the eggs with a pinch of the salt. Heat oil in a preheated wok or skillet, and lightly scramble the eggs. Add the rice and stir. Add the remaining salt, onions, honey and peas. Blend well and serve.

Note: Try adding chicken or shrimp and turning this side dish into a meal.
