I have had one of those days were I have had no motivation. I was going to do my exercises & still have not done them. I was going to read, not going to happen any time soon. I was going to clean the up stairs & the kitchen, I did the dishes, did three loads of laundry & made dinner. That counts right? Falling a sleep on the couch is a strong possibility, but I am wondering if doing exercises this late at night will let me read or put me to sleep? Should I call my mom & sister like he plan was, na I can wait till tomorrow.

Its even taken me 1/2hr to write this. I keep going back to fb & da. I will get this out, I will do what I am suppose to, just when is the factor that I am having issue with. Stalling, stalling, stalling, who me? Not me. Not little old me. Ok, who am I trying to kid. I so will stall when I don't wana do something. : D But I have so many ideas & thoughts I want to get out, I just an not sure how to get them out. Thats the other reason for the delay.

I found Dark Chocolate Acai. So good & good for you. Dark chocolate is good for your heart. The acai berry is an inch-long reddish, purple fruit. It comes from the acai palm tree (Euterpe oleracea), which is native to Central and South America. It is a relative of the blueberry, cranberry, and other dark purple fruits.

Research on the acai berry has focused on its possible antioxidant activity. Theoretically, that activity may help prevent diseases caused by oxidative stress such as heart disease and cancer. Good enough for me man.

I did make Soup for dinner.
