Clay & I went to look at house today. I was small but so cute. Its a 1953 built house with three beds & two baths all about the size of a postage stamp. LOL! I loved it but the floors where really cold & the utilities were $250 a month. I am so not paying that for a rental if they are not going to put more instillation into the house. It really needed it. They were trying to say the windows were really new, but 3+years is not really new. It was nice & cozy, but I think I would have had room for my bed & nothing else in the master bed. I would have had to turn the 5'X3' room into a walk in closest & the upstairs bathroom, lets just say its a good thing I am short. I felt tall in that house. I am just going to renew my lease & move next year. Maybe even buy??? Who knows.

Guess what I made today?
